Free Week requests

When a parent or caregiver requests a WORDABI Free Week, we collect the parent’s first name, email address, selected child learning level (Level 3–8), and whether the parent optionally chooses to receive WORDABI learning tips, product updates and special offers.

We use this information to deliver the requested Free Week, provide customer support, prevent abuse of the form, and send marketing messages only when the optional marketing choice is selected. The Free Week form does not ask for a child’s name, date of birth, address or school.

The form is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children to submit personal information.

Operational records may include submission time, delivery status, and a one-way technical identifier used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
